Referral Terms
Referral program:
Allposters.com may, from time to time, offer its users the opportunity to refer friends to try the allposters.com service ("allposters.com Referral Program"). We reserve the right to terminate the allposters.com Referral Program at any time for any reason. The allposters.com Referral Program is administered on our behalf by Friendbuy, Inc., 9663 Santa Monica Blvd Suite 184, Los Angeles, CA 90210 ("Service Provider").
All credits, rewards and other incentives (collectively, the "Credits") provided to customers eligible to participate in the allposters.com Referral Program are subject to the terms set forth herein and on the allposters.com Referral Program page, which may change from time to time, and by participating in the allposters.com Referral Program you agree to be bound by such terms. You may be required to log into your account to earn Credits.
Allposters.com Referral Participation
To participate, visit https://www.allposters.com/lp/refer and follow the on-screen instructions to refer friends, family members or colleagues to the Service. You may refer a maximum of twenty friends, family members or colleagues during the allposters.com Program, per calendar year. Users who refer are called "Advocates." Individuals who receive a referral are called "Friends" An "eligible" Advocate who is fully compliant with these terms and conditions may receive "Account Credit" for every "Qualified Referral."
Eligible Advocate
To be an "eligible" Referrer you must: 1) be a legal resident of the United States of America or a legal resident of Canada; and 2) be at least 18 years old.
Making a Referral
You must register to make a referral, but no purchase is required. When you refer a friend, family member or colleague, you will be provided with a unique referral link ("Personal Link") that allows you to receive account credit for Qualified Referrals ("Credit"). Personal Links will be issued only to individuals.
You cannot refer yourself. For example, you may not create multiple or fake accounts with allposters.com or participate in the allposters.com Referral Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities. Maximum limit is three Qualified Referrals per household.
Qualified Referrals
A Qualified Referral means that all the following conditions are met:
- The Referred Customer completed the purchase and registration process with the Service using your "Personal Link." If a Referred Customer purchases and/or registers with the Service using any other link or method, the registration will not count as a Qualified Referral and You will not earn Credit;
- The Referred Customer has not previously placed an order with allposters.com under any email address or alias;
- The Referred Customer is a) a legal resident of the United States of America or a legal resident of Canada and b) at least 18 years old; and
- Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referred Customer up to a maximum of 10 Referred Customers per calendar year; and up to a maximum of one hundred Referred Customers during the lifetime operation of the allposters.com Referral Program. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Customer will not be Qualified Referrals.
- The Referred Customer has placed an order that meets the requirements as communicated to them in the referral offer including but not limited to minimum order amount
Credit can only be awarded for Qualified Referrals.
Earning Account Credit
You shall receive $20 in account credit for each verified Qualified Referral generated by you. You may not earn more than 10 Qualified Referrals per calendar year or more than $100 in Account Credit per calendar year, and 100 Qualified Referrals or more than $1000 in Account Credit for the lifetime operation of the program, which allposters.com reserves full rights to modify or discontinue at any time in its sole discretion.
You may only redeem Account Credit via allposters.com's website as part of a purchase on the allposters.com site and platform.
All account credit will have an expiration date after which the credit cannot be applied or used. Refer to your account page or other communication received about your account credit by allposters.com to learn more about the expiration date of account credit. allposters.com reserves the right to modify expiration dates of account credit as it sees fit.
Restrictions may apply. For example, if the Credit is in the form of a gift card, gift certificate or voucher, it may be subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.
All earned Credits are subject to verification. allposters.com may delay receipt of Account Credit for a period of time known as a validation period. allposters.com may also delay receipt of Account for a period of investigation. Allposters may also refuse to verify and process any transaction allposters.com deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these terms and conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on allposters.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
Bulk Distribution ("Spam")
Bulk distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a Personal Link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial communication or "spam" in allposters.com's sole discretion is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of your account and deactivation of the Personal Link.
Additional Terms, Conditions, Exclusions, and Restrictions ("Spam")
Additional terms, conditions, exclusions, and restrictions may apply to certain Account Credit or your use of Account Credit and certain Credits may expire if not used by the date specified in the Credit. Only individuals may participate in the allposters.com Referral Program. Account Credit accumulated under the allposters.com Referral Program have no monetary or cash value and are for individual use only and Account Credit may not be credited to any group, company, or other entity. Your Credit and your account under the allposters.com Referral Program are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others. We reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to deduct Credits that were credited in error or that were not earned legitimately. Redeemed Credit will be deducted from the balance of Credit in your account. Once a Credit is issued, redemption is considered final, and no changes may be made by you. Credit is not reimbursable. Participation in the allposters.com Referral Program and the receipt of Credit may result in tax liability to you. Any tax, liability, or expense arising from participation in the allposters.com Referral Program, accumulation of Credit or redemption of Credit by you or in connection with your account is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to modify, limit, terminate, discontinue, or cancel the allposters.com Referral Program, its benefits and these terms at any time in our sole discretion and without notice to you. We may change the number or type of Credit, or cap the amount of Credit you may earn in any time period. allposters.com reserves the right to make certain Credit selectively available to certain subscribers at any time based on activity, geographical location, program participation or other factors determined in allposters.com's sole discretion. The accumulation of Credit does not entitle allposters.com Referral Program participants to any vested right with respect to the Credit or the allposters.com Referral Program. You agree allposters.com will not have any liability for any modification or termination of the allposters.com Referral Program, even if any modification or termination affects your ability to use any Credit already accumulated. Upon termination of the allposters.com Referral Program, your Credit will automatically be cancelled and you will not be permitted to redeem Account Credit. Account Credit is void where prohibited by applicable law. We are not responsible for Account Credit lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to engage in fraud or abuse in the accumulation of Account Credit or use of your Personal Link and Referred Customers. Any fraud or abuse relating to your accumulation of Account Credit or submission of Referred Customers may result in the annulment of all Account Credit earned under the allposters.com Referral Program as well as cancellation of your account. We reserve the right to monitor all allposters.com Referral Program account activity and terminate your account and/or your participation in the allposters.com Referral Program if allposters.com believes (in its sole discretion) that you have violated this Agreement or any other terms applicable to the allposters.com Referral Program, provided false or inaccurate information, abused the allposters.com Referral Program, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these terms. allposters.com will have final decision in any disputes over Account Credit, Qualified Referrals or your participation in the allposters.com Referral Program.
